Naturally 7 is the opening act for Michael Buble’s current tour. They wowed the audience at MB concert’s two nights ago and received two standing ovations. The group also toured with MB two years ago. They have gotten so much better since then. Everything you hear from this group is produced by their own voices. No instruments are used! I love these guys!!
“This is not a concert,” Michael Buble told his spellbound audience. “I’m bored with concerts. This is a party, a party with 14,000 guests.” And what a party it was! Last night, the Michael Buble concert at Arco Arena in Sacramento, California, turned out to be a most amazing and fun party for about 14,000+ of his biggest fans, including me. Michael sang for 2 hours, including 3 encores. He was charming, funny, very personable, and, of course, he sounded amazing! And it also helps to have an amazingly talented 13-piece band behind him.
This was my third time seeing Michael in concert and I can honestly say this was his best one ever! He has grown as an all-around entertainer and really knows how to deliver a song. Michael opened the show with the classic, “Cry Me a River,” and then sang several songs from his latest CD, “Crazy Love,” as well as favorites from his other CDs. My favorite performance that evening was “The Best of Me,” written by David Foster. Michael was accompanied by his musical director Alan Chang on the piano. It was a very raw, yet intimate and emotional performance by Michael. He said this song has gotten him through a few difficult times in his life. The audience was very moved – you could’ve heard a pin drop. I hope this song makes it on Michael’s new CD!
Then Michael got the audience up on its feet for pretty much the rest of the show and rocked out to “Heartache Tonight,” “Twist and Shout,” “How Sweet It Is.” It really was a great and very memorable evening! I look forward to another MB concert!

I love music, I love to sing, and I love being in the recording studio and create beautiful sounds. Oh, and I love music! But I already mentioned that, so ... I'm taking the blog opportunity to share my love of music by posting comments, reviews, tidbits, music videos -- anything that is music related. There'll also be non-music posts, stuff about everyday life, everyday living. Enjoy!
